After the continued success of both Marcwell Maintenance Limited and Marcwell Construction Limited, Marc Weston, Managing Director, entered into negotiations with local tradesman Shane Parsons, who had been undertaking roofing works for over fifteen years.

Disillusioned with direct employment with companies that failed to recognise the importance of customer service and acknowledging the need for a customer friendly roofing service, both Marc and Shane took the decision to form Marcwell Roofing Limited in January 2006.

As a consequence, supported by other companies within the Marcwell Group, the business has developed into one of Guernsey's leading providers of all roofing repairs, renewals and refurbishment.
