To accommodate larger projects and specifically, more involved construction works, the Managing Director, Marc Weston, identified the need to offer assistance to local residents amidst the minefield of design and planning issues here in Guernsey when considering either building or extending a property.

Established in the summer of 2003, the Company has always strived to maintain a helpful and friendly approach to any project presented for consideration.

Offering a full planning and design service, initially with the assistance of local architects, the Company has secured several interesting projects over the past three years including the repair and refurbishment the observatory behind Lukis House, an old and historic building, requiring specialist skills and techniques.

Once again the Company has established itself as a market leader in small construction works notwithstanding the larger projects which include roof conversions, Fort George developments to existing properties and much more.

Equipped with a fleet of suitable vehicles, the necessary plant and machinery and access scaffolding, once again Marcwell continues to ensure that the service provided is as comprehensive and cost effective as is practicably possible.
